Is this right for my agency?
Careot is built for home health agencies on WellSky Home Health, typically 200 to 5,000 active patients. If your bottleneck is OASIS review, coding turnaround, or documentation QA — and your clinicians chart in WellSky — we can probably help. Larger deployments run in a dedicated environment.
Do we have to switch off WellSky?
No. Careot sits on top of WellSky Home Health. Your clinicians keep charting exactly where they do today. Nothing is migrated and no one learns a new EMR.
Does Careot change our charts automatically?
Not unless you turn that on. Careot starts in review-only mode: it reads charts and posts findings. You decide which categories, if any, are ever written back automatically.
Is Careot HIPAA compliant?
Yes. We sign a BAA before any PHI moves. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped per user, and every read and write is logged for audit.
